Given the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided. There is no trial or grace period after purchase, and once the software is delivered, it cannot be returned.

However, we encourage you to reach out to us first before requesting a refund, as we are dedicated to finding solutions that meet your needs. A refund may be issued in cases where the product is proven to be completely non-functional, damaged, or did not fulfill its stated purpose. In such cases, we’ll work with you to review and process a refund accordingly.

Please note that refunds will not be granted if you simply choose not to use the product after purchase.
